Attorney Patrick A. Mullin Secures Rare Non-Custodial Sentence for Tax Client

NEW YORK, Sept. 18, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Veteran federal criminal tax defense attorney Patrick A. Cardellia pled guilty in U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey on March 12, 2024 to filing false tax returns and faced a sentence of up to 3 years’ imprisonment.
