WHAT TO WATCH FOR: LSU has turned to freshman right-hander Reagan Ricken to start its last two midweek games. He allowed one earned run in 2⅔ innings over those two short starts. He owns a 3.86 ERA in 9⅓ innings. Louisiana Tech lost two of three games to New Mexico State on the road last weekend. The Bulldogs are still 4-2 in Conference USA play.
