ALten posted revenues of 4 099.0 million euros in 2025 (compared to 4 143.3 million euros in 2024).
As of the end of December, business activity declined by -1.1% (+4.3% in France, -3.7% outside France). On a like-for-like and constant currency basis, the decline stands at -4.5% (-3.6% in France and -4.9% outside France).
The drop in activity in 2025 is mainly attributed to the sharp downturn in the Automotive sector (-16%) and, to a lesser extent, to the Telecoms, Other Industries, Electronics, and Public Sector segments.
The Defense/Security and Naval sectors, as well as Energy, are showing notable growth.
Operating income amounts to 199.6 million euros (-28%), while net income attributable to the Group stands at 106.9 million euros (-42.6%).
“Visibility remains limited at the start of the year. The first quarter of 2026 will need to confirm this trend reversal and will help clarify the outlook for the current fiscal year,” the group stated.
