T10 Automotive launches new consultancy business

Chichester-based T10 Automotive has launched T10 Performance, a new consultancy focused on strategic growth and data-led performance improvement for automotive firms.

The launch, timed to coincide with the firm’s 10th anniversary, marks an evolution from traditional training delivery to a comprehensive performance partnership model for T10.

As part of this expansion, the company has introduced two major digital platforms. T10 Arena serves as a new learning management system (LMS) to host bespoke workshops and assessments, while Character DNA provides online profiling to help teams understand how individual traits impact workplace effectiveness.

The company is also expanding its physical presence, recently opening its first T10 Performance Campus in Chichester. A second campus is scheduled to open in the coming months. These facilities are intended to act as hubs for innovation and industry partnership.

“T10 Performance is about shifting the conversation from training activity to performance impact,” said managing director Lauren Brown. “After ten years of working closely with customers, this launch reflects what businesses are really asking for: clearer insight, stronger performance conversations, and support that delivers sustainable results.”

Since its founding in 2016, T10 has delivered tens of thousands of training hours across 30 countries. This new chapter, launched in collaboration with partner Skillsarena, signals an intent to apply the firm’s automotive expertise to a broader range of industries. The organisation will focus on improving capability, employee retention, and inclusive culture for “future-thinking” businesses.
