Red Sea Ports Authority Reports Cargo and Passenger Activity Across Terminals

Suez — The Red Sea Ports Authority announced that a total of nine vessels are currently docked across its terminals, with 35,000 tons of cargo, 1,028 trucks, and 101 cars handled during recent operations.

According to the authority, imports included 9,000 tons of goods, 554 trucks, and 80 cars, while exports accounted for 26,000 tons of goods, 474 trucks, and 21 cars.

At Safaga Port, two vessels — PELAGOS Express and Al-Hurriya — arrived today. Meanwhile, Nuweiba Port recorded the handling of 3,500 tons of cargo and 230 trucks through shuttle trips operated by the vessels Al-Hussein and Sinai.

In addition, Suez Port saw the departure of the vessel BLUE GOLD, carrying 8,500 tons of flour bound for Yemen.

The authority also reported 1,500 passengers arriving and departing through its ports, underscoring the continued flow of both commercial and passenger traffic across the Red Sea terminals.
