Neolite ZKW Lightings Limited on Friday held the commemorative ceremony of its new automotive lighting products manufacturing facility in Pune, marking a key milestone in the company’s capacity expansion in India.
The ceremony was led by Won Yong Hwang, CEO, ZKW Group GmbH, and attended by senior leadership from Neolite ZKW. The Pune facility commenced operations in December 2025 and is strategically located near the Mumbai–Pune–Nashik–Aurangabad automotive corridor, one of India’s largest auto manufacturing clusters.
The company said the plant will enable enhanced operational flexibility, improved inventory management, and faster response times to customer requirements. The facility will serve leading OEMs including JSW MG Motor India Private Limited, Stellantis Automobiles India Private Limited, VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Private Limited, Isuzu Motors India Private Limited, Tata Motors Limited, and Piaggio Vehicles Private Limited.
In addition to manufacturing, Neolite ZKW has also set up an independent design centre equipped with advanced design tools, optical simulation software, 3D modelling, prototyping, and validation capabilities to strengthen in-house product development and reduce time-to-market.
