Bangladesh is now capable of meeting major sustainable buyer requirements.
- Kazi Fahad, Managing Director, Kazi Printing
Our primary purpose for participating in this fair is to highlight Bangladesh’s commitment to sustainable accessories and packaging for the global market. GAPEXPO is the country’s largest platform for the accessories and packaging industry, where we showcase our technologies and capabilities. The global packaging market is worth around $ 700 billion, yet Bangladesh has not fully captured this opportunity due to policy constraints. Packaging supports not only garments, but also pharmaceuticals, leather, and seafood exports. Bangladesh is now capable of meeting major sustainable buyer requirements. With proper government policy support, we believe the accessories and packaging sector can become one of Bangladesh’s leading export industries in the near future.
